Progress Update: UK Hydrographic Office

BCL have now finished installing approx 1,700sqm of Class A acoustic timber panels to the interior of the new UK Hydrographic Office for BAM Construction. The horizontal Siberian Larch baffles curve on plan to create dramatic ‘waves’ across the atrium, whilst also delivering high performance absoprtion to the space.

The project, designed by AHR Global, provides a beautiful new setting to house the UK government’s world leading body in hydrography and maritime cartography. BCL were brought on early by AHR and are delighted to be delivering another high profile commercial project with BAM construction.
