BCL are now offering fixed 'off-the-shelf' wooden slatted panels for rapid delivery of timber finishes for smaller commercial and domestic projects. The BCL STOCK PANEL. 

Ideal for wooden slat walls or acoustic wood ceilings, our STOCK panels can be fabricated immediately with our unique Anti-viral fabric and sound insulation pads, for rapid delivery of beautiful high performance acoustic wood panels.

Additionally, the BCL STOCK panel has been fully EN13501-1 tested with our UKAS accredited lab partners and achieves either Euroclass B or C classification, depending on fixing scenario. 

The STOCK panel can also be pre-fabricated using external grade insect mesh and uses naturally 'High Durability' Sweet Chestnut with a pressure impregnation fire treatment to provide lasting performance externally, without any maintenance. This makes it also ideal for timber cladding panels and external wood soffits.

BCL have recently been awarded the contract by Galliford Try to deliver approximately 1,000sqm of external timber cladding panels to the new Edenbridge Medical Centre in Kent. 

Designed by LSI Architects, the £13.5M development will form a brand new integrated hub, providing much needed treatment facilities including GP services and a range of health, social and community services.

The new health and wellbeing facility will replace facilities at both Edenbridge Medical Practice and Edenbridge Memorial Hospital which are becoming unfit for purpose and unable to support future service models.

The BCL wood cladding panel system will use thermally treated Scandinavian Pine with a pressure impregnation FR treatment to elevate the fire performance of their timber slat panels and be fully prefabricated off-site using secret-rear fixings to all timber slats, avoiding face fixings or penetrations to exposed timber surface and allowing timber to age better and coatings last longer.
